Return Policy

Unused merchandise purchased from us may be returned for full credit or refund, less shipping and handling charges if applicable, within 30 days of the date we shipped the item. Items must be enclosed in their original packaging. Items must be in their original condition.

Prior to sending anything back to us, we require that you call us toll free at 1-888-284-8833 and notify us of your situation. Please do not send anything back prior to speaking with us.

Customers must obtain a Returned Goods Authorization (RGA) number from our customer service department, and notate it along with the original order number and reason for return.

We will also exchange any damaged goods due to shipping within 30 days. You do not receive credit for opened products only products returned back to us in their original condition.

Once your return is approved, please return the product in its original condition for exchange or refund within 30 days of the date we shipped the item.

All returns may be assessed a 15% restocking fee.

Warranties and Guaranties

All items sold by Cramik Enterprises come with a 90 day warranty, unless stated otherwise, against structural and mechanical defect when item is used under normal circumstances. Cramik Enterprise reserves the right to be the sole determiner as to whether an item falls under warranty or guaranty.

If you feel an item you have received from us falls under the stated or implied warranty or guaranty, please call our toll free number at 1-888-284-8833 where your request will be processed by our customer service department.

If it is determined by us that an item does fall under warranty or guaranty you will receive a RGA number and must ship the item back to us. Once we receive the item we will either repair or replace the item. If the item is no longer available or repairable we will refund your money in full or at a pro-rated sum determined by Cramik Enterprises.

All shipping and handling charges incurred to and from locations are customer’s responsibility. You will be notified of any shipping and handling charges at the time you receive your RGA number.

Life Time Guaranty

Any item stated to have a Life Time Guaranty may be redeemed by calling our toll free number at 1-888-284-8833. YOU MUST HAVE THE ORIGINAL PACKAGING THAT CAME WITH THE ITEM IN ORDER TO RECEIVE A NEW ONE. You must send the original packaging along with the item to us. There will be a shipping and handling fee that must be received before we can ship the new item. If the item is no longer available Cramik Enterprises reserves the right to substitute a similar item of greater or equal value to the original product
